TCL And Guangdong O'meet Set Up Environmental Joint Venture

TCL Corporation and Guangdong O'meet Group Co., Ltd have signed an agreement to set up a joint venture named Guangdong O'meet Environmental Investment Company to enter the resource and environmental market.

The joint venture will be dedicated to the environmental recycling and utilization of waste household appliances.

The waste household appliance production line developed by O'meet can meet the criteria of zero emissions and low cost; while TCL's advanced modern enterprise management mechanism and strong capital operations ability will be a complementary advantage to the joint venture.

DuPont will offer technical support for the joint venture.
